Our hourly rate is $265. We will provide an anticipated litigation budget and a general range of the anticipated costs for a case. Most case resolve before a trial, however, if a case goes to trial, we provide a predictable flat fee amount due for the trial.
For hourly billing, we adhere to the industry practice of billing in 6-minute increments. We request reimbursement for ordinary expenses incurred including things like the amount the court charges for accessing and filing documents, certified mail and any other incurred expense. We don’t charge for copies, regular postage and using legal research services (we use Westlaw).
